About Me
I am a self-taught artist with a background in Law, but it was the paint who chose me as their language. Since I am always moved to observe the life in their gestures more silent: a look, a moment stopped, an emotion that is difficult to express but it feels. I paint scenes that get to the heart, from the introspection, and the desire to capture the invisible.
My work is characterized by figures always on your back, a deliberate choice that invites us to look at it from the gaze of the other. This is to reflect what we see to those who are also looking. It is a way of returning the view to the spectator, to reflect the intimate without showing the face.
Painting, for me, is a way to translate universal emotions without words. Each work is an attempt to say something difficult to express in another way. It is, in short, my form of justice emotional.
